Whether you are an existing Mycompanyfleet customer or completely new to our applications we offer application training aimed at every user level, from web-based training for remote users to train the trainer and administrator sessions delivered by system experts who understand your industry.
In addition to classroom-based training our web-based courses are both intuitive and convenient, allowing you to schedule training around users workloads at their local office. Web based training is an innovative approach that ensures that all users can be fully trained in a cost efficient and timely manner with the added flexibility to train new users as and when they join with no disruption to your business.
Classroom-based Courses
System set up – unlocking the power and automation in your fleet application – 2 days
Train the trainer – in addition to full application training this also covers training techniques you may wish to adopt based on our experience training on fleet applications. The course lasts 3 days to include a half day exam conducted by a TAP certified trainer.
Accident and Insurance – How to log, analyse and track an accident with reporting and trend analysis.
Fleet management – From cradle to grave, ordering, in life management, driver management and all other aspects including remarketing.
Workshop – Incorporating booking, job sheet and workshop management this module trains users on all aspects of the workshop system.
Stores Management – Management of stock, non-stock, imprest stock and consumables with order management and stock-take.
Short-term hire – How to run a hire desk to hire internal fleet and cross hires with management reporting.
Financials and Management – A summary of the other courses focussed on system interrogation and reporting.
