Kwik-Fit Fleet selects Mycompanyfleet solution

Leading corporate fast-fit supplier, Kwik-Fit Fleet, has selected a bespoke version of Mycompanyfleet’s YourAcumen Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to help enhance driver support services to UK leasing companies through its new Service24 proposition.

The new software solution will handle and co-ordinate driver bookings through Service24 for vehicle servicing, glass replacement, breakdown assistance and vehicle recovery for all Kwik-Fit Fleet’s leasing customers.

It will also streamline processes and provide greater reporting capabilities than the system it replaces, as well as providing mapping facilities for the entire Kwik-Fit Fleet centre network.

Kwik-Fit Fleet selected YourAcumen from leading fleet software solutions specialist Mycompanyfleet, after a review and selection process that investigated other systems on the market before the final decision was taken.

Mycompanyfleet provided an extensive demonstration of the capabilities of its YourAcumen system, involving a bespoke, personalised and fully operational version of the system that completely met Kwik-Fit Fleet’s exacting and demanding specification and requirements.

“By being able to demonstrate the full capabilities of our solution, we were able to convince Kwik-Fit Fleet that it was the correct one to meet their customer service requirements,” said Andrew Leech, business manager at Mycompanyfleet.

The YourAcumen CRM system integrates fully with the company’s FleetAcumen software system, and allows users to capture customer feedback and satisfaction at every point of customer interface.
