Fleet software solutions specialist Mycompanyfleet has launched a new multi-lingual and financial function for its FleetAcumen software system which should prove an ideal solution for pan European fleet operators, leasing companies and service suppliers.
The new functionality provides up to 20 different foreign languages and is language intuitive, switching seamlessly to the host language when it recognises the country of origin.
The new multi-lingual function also provides multiple financial rules for up to 20 different European countries, handling both direct and indirect taxation and other financial regulations.
The enhanced functionality should be a major benefit for pan European fleet operators and leasing companies which operate across national boundaries and work within different national financial regimes.
“This new multi-lingual functionality removes the language barrier and is truly able to operate across national boundaries.
“With its capability to operate in all European countries, and provide the financial framework to work within those countries, it should be of huge interest to pan European fleet operators, leasing companies and service suppliers,” said Andrew Leech, business manager at Mycompanyfleet, the automotive division of global HR software provider, NorthgateArinso.
“Most European countries have different national tax regimes with local rates for direct and indirect taxes such as VAT, but now we are providing fleet operators with the ability to cope with this diversity of financial regulations from one central system,” he added.
The FleetAcumen solution from Mycompanyfleet is aimed at larger, commercial fleets, leasing companies and fleet service providers of whatever nationality. It uses exception reporting methodology within a highly visual dashboard environment to highlight areas of the business that require management attention.
It is designed to integrate with other applications and supplier systems across national boundaries, and provides an unrivalled level of analysis and reporting similar to that of its sister application, FleetHR.
