What was the first car you drove?
A bright red Mini Cooper, but only for two weeks (until I killed it and four other cars!)
If you were transport minister for a day what would you change?
No car tax for a year if you use public transport for a month. Give us all a break.
What was your first job?
My first job was a waitress
If you were caught in a tailback on a motorway for four hours who would your ideal passenger be and why?
I think Will Smith would be an interesting/funny person to be stuck with for four hours. However, if he is unavailable then my best friend Claire – we can chat for hours and never get bored.
What would be your dream car and why?
McLaren F1. I first saw this car at a car show at Earls Court years ago and fell in love with it straight away, even if it was in brown! A truly beautiful car
How does your role make our customers’ lives easier?
By being as helpful and efficient as I can and by keeping the customer as informed as possible with any support calls
