If you were transport minister for a day what would you change?
I would turn off all traffic lights to test if traffic will flow better and if less accidents occur due to more consideration by others.

Taking orders at my family’s takeaway business
If you were caught in a tailback on a motorway for four hours who would your ideal passenger be and why?
Miss World 2009, so I could talk to her about world peace.
What would be your dream car and why?
Bumblebee from the Transformers… it can change into any car and is a lovely yellow. It can also take you to your destination safely.
How does your role make our customers’ lives easier?
I will be making enhancements to the software and fixing any bugs that are found, as well as giving advice.
