Hilton selects FleetAcumen from Mycompanyfleet

Hertfordshire-based contract hire and leasing supplier, Hilton Vehicle Leasing, has selected the FleetAcumen fleet software system from fleet solutions provider, Mycompanyfleet, to manage its corporate fleet.

Hilton Vehicle Leasing, based in Bishops Stortford, is part of the larger Hilton Group which includes manufacturer approved bodyshop operations for prestige marques including Mercedes Benz, and an accident management division.

Prior to selecting FleetAcumen, the company, which launched in November 2007 as a bolt-on to the Group’s main activities, had relied on a self written quotation system and spreadsheets, but had reached the stage where volume dictated that an automated system was required.

FleetAcumen gives it cradle to grave coverage of its contract hire fleet, handling all vehicle records, service scheduling details, contract mileages and terms, and features sophisticated workflow and KPI management, making the user aware of upcoming issues before they become an operational problem.

Managing director Morgan Devereux said:” We have seen significant growth in the last 18 months with over 400 vehicles to manage and Mycompanyfleet offered us a compelling proposition with FleetAcumen, and we particularly liked its reporting capabilities, not just for us, but for our corporate customers, too.

“We are convinced it will make a major difference to our business, including a significant reduction in the administrative burden,” he added.

Andrew Leech, business manager at Mycompanyfleet said: “Hilton Vehicle Leasing is a young fast growing company, and whilst still a relatively small company, we are delighted to be playing a key role in helping handle the administration of the leasing fleet.

“By automating all their fleet processes through FleetAcumen, they will be able to cut down their administrative burden and really drive efficiencies to the business.”

The FleetAcumen solution from Mycompanyfleet is aimed at larger, commercial fleets, leasing companies and fleet service providers of whatever nationality. It has a multi-lingual functionality and can be used in up to 20 different foreign languages.

FleetAcumen uses exception reporting methodology to highlight areas of the business that require management attention within a dynamic and highly visual dashboard environment.

It is designed to integrate with other applications and supplier systems across national boundaries, and provides an unrivalled level of analysis and reporting similar to that of its sister application, FleetHR.
