Kwik Fit Fleet runs 'Service 24' offering unrivalled services 24 hours a day through Mycompanyfleet solution

When leading corporate fast-fit supplier, Kwik-Fit Fleet needed a replacement for its outdated service and driver booking management system, they turned to Mycompanyfleet because of the company’s unique ability to deliver simple solutions to the most complex business requirements.

Kwik Fit offers a range of driver support services to virtually all the top 50 UK leasing companies through its new Service24 proposition. Kwik-Fit Fleet provides call centre-backed driver support services to the overwhelming majority of the UK’s leading contract hire and leasing
companies as defined by the FN50* league table of leading companies.

Kwik Fit’s new Mycompanyfleet ‘YourAcumen’ software solution handles and co-ordinates driver bookings through Service24 for vehicle servicing, glass replacement, breakdown assistance and vehicle recovery for all Kwik-Fit Fleet’s leasing customers, managing almost half a million vehicles.

Since its introduction it has streamlined processes and provided greater reporting capabilities than the system it replaced, as well as providing intuitive mapping facilities for the entire Kwik-Fit Fleet centre network and other providers.

Kwik-Fit Fleet selected YourAcumen after a review and selection process that investigated other systems on the market before the final decision was taken.
